Volume 43 and 44 (edited)

Now uploading new page 25.  The screenshot borders are a little off, but unless you're really picky, it should be fine.  I had to zoom in three times to see it.  I also fixed an error where one of the sentences in the first white box was cut off.

The screenshots doesn't look like they did before yet (the borders are a little off like you said and the screenshots and there was also some editing that made them look closer to their Japanese counterparts.) (I don't know how to explain it better, but you'll see if you compare the old version I sent you with this version).

I think that some can probably fix it since some was the one who added and edited the English screenshots to begin with.

Since I don't know what editing was used, do you think Some could fix it?

I've fixed page 7 and the credit page. Once some is done with finetuning the pages I'll do a lossless compression of it and we'll release it. Hopefully this will be done tomorrow since I will be away over the weekend.

Almost, yes. You're done at least. The rest of us will soon be done as well.
And no, this amount of work won't happen for any other chapters. I won't QC any new PokéSpe scanlations (I'll finish some of the older ones, but that's it).

Is it alright if I QC future chapters seeing as the typesetters have already been decided for the next few chapters?  I'm still available for typesetting Mobilize!! Pokemon Ranger and with the amount of experience I got with this chapter, I should be better at it.

Sure. At some point I'll make a guide about what to look for when QCing. You should have experienced most of it by now. The only thing I can think of right now that you might not have experienced yet is bleeding scans. Do you know what that is? There's quite a lot of bleeding in the volume 43 RAW.

It's going to take quite a while with Mobilize. Only 1/4 Mobilize cleaners are still around (and only chapter 1 is being cleaned at the moment because of that), so I should probably find a new cleaner for chapter 0.

I got the last finished chapter 457 scans when I had already gone away for the weekend, so the scanlation should be released either on Sunday evening in best case or on Monday afternoon / evening otherwise.

Correction: It's chapter 1 that is still being cleaned, not chapter 3. I remembered wrong.
The RAWs are non-debound magazine scans, so they are going to be hard to clean.

Magazine paper quality is often shit and will probably leave a lot of gray and black dots when cleaned and since the RAWs weren't debound and evenly scanned, the right area of the pages is much darker than the rest of the pages, which will be hard to clean and look a little blurrier when cleaned no matter what. The only quality that is harder to clean than non-debound magazine scans is camrips.

Why are the files in PNG format? Not saying it's a bad thing, just wondering.
