Sharing your releases

Many of this has been written in past topics, but I think it should be made clear.
How do we share translation scripts, cleaned pages, etc.?
We use Google Groups. If you're a new member, PM me (Razor789) and I'll add you to our group.
Why use Google Groups?
It's much more convenient this way. You don't have to type everyone's email adresses each time you share something, just type the group adress. Also, this way new group members automatically have access to everything shared with the group.
How can I see files shared with the group?
First, you must be a group member. If you are, then everything shared with the group should appear in "Shared with me" category in Google Drive.
How can I share my work with the group?
First, you're encouraged to use folders. Make your folder called, say, "YourNameIsHere's TSS work". Share it with the group once and just add new files there. To share a folder, select it and click "Share" button. In the sharing box type our adress. It is team-special-scans@googlegroups.com. Then press OK, and it's all done.
If you have troubles with sharing, post them here.
UPD 14.09.13: Obviously, this post is about sharing parts of work between group members. Finished chapters are posted in our "Releases" section and here: http://jb2448.info/.
UPD 16.10.13: You shouldn't add people one by one. Just add the whole group. Important: add the group as a reader. Editors can add other people to the list and recently there was an issue with unauthorized access to B2W2 ch1. It is more difficult to make TLCs that way, but it's more secure. TLCers should create separate files with edits.

Hey, everyone! I don't mean to sound slow here, but I've forgotten exactly how to share on Google Groups. ^^;

If the tutorial doesn't help, then just share it with me and give me editing permission and I'll try to fix it.
