So the original Japanese photos are also available and not just the scanlated Chinese photos? We should probably have a someone translation check the Japanese - Chinese - English translation using the original Japanese photos.

I had already cross-checked and made edits, but there may still be errors. The raws are somewhere in here.

And for page 17, do I have to add the extra right part in the first panel too? That is proving to be hard and I am willing to skip and fix the rightmost 2nd and third panel only, as only third panel has more information, the rest are just speech bubble and such :/

Note the right part of the first panel Chinese raw lacks? Do I have to add that from Japanese raw? Is it really needed? Cuz it's being very hard due to quality of the Japanese raw page, I simply can't make its color level work and be as clear as the Chinese one is x.x'

If this camrip is the same camrip that the Chinese scanlation is based on, then we should ask e9310103838 for permission (assuming that he photographed the magazine and not just found the camrip online), credit him for the camrip and maybe even ask him if he would be willing to scan the pages.

LyokoGirl5000 has offered to typeset this chapter.

I'll start typesetting Chapter 1 when I have free time on Saturday or sooner depending on homework.

@Lyoko, I put up some PSD files I just made up, do let me know if they are use-able in photoshop or lacks something, for future reference~

And I think you have access to the folder holding all the cleaned pages in google drive? That's where I put up the PSD files.

What to do about that one anyway?

I've cleaned quite a lot of that page, but due to that I have a test on Thursday I won't be able to finish it until afterwards.

Some things I noticed while looking at the Pokémon Special B2W2 c01 scanlation:

Page 21, 1st panel: Generally scanlators shouldn't cover up artwork, but I see that there isn't much of a choice. Give the text a white stroke effect to make it easier to read and maybe move it closer to the bottom of the panel, so that it doesn't cover up as much of Rakutsu as it does now. (Not sure on this one though. Try and see what place the text looks better at.)

It's been fixed. Please download page 21 separately from the zip.

I think that the scans should be upscaled to 1200 pixels in height and the typesetting adjusted so that it fits to the upscaling. I don't usually support resizing, but some text is way too small to read as it is now.
