Team Special Scans logos and banners

[Manga Reader X]

So, I have some logos / banners for this group. Feel free to use them any way you want to. I do not want to be credited for making them. I realize that the logos aren't Photoshop quality (because I don't have Photoshop) and that the font isn't perfect, but that was the closest font I had. If someone think they can do a better job, then please go ahead. I will gladly provide them with the source files. ^^
Made with Paint.NET, Microsoft PowerPoint 2010 and Microsoft Office Picture Manager.

Any way you like it. I thought that the BW arc image expressed the appropriate amount of F*** YEAH!!! that this group should be associated with.
Nora is remaking these in Photoshop / Illustrator. We are planning to replace the Pokéball Conversion banner with Nora's improved version of my logo, once it is done.

Remember to have a transparant background for the forum banner. It should look better then. We can resize the forum banner to fitting dimensions when you are done with it.

here's kannagi-chan's version of our group image and I have to say I love it. It looks awesome. What do you think guys?

Over-all I like it. Four things though:

The last 's' in Scans is missing.
What are those lines between the words?
teamspecialscans.com is missing. It should be above the IRC address.
Perhaps it might look better if there was some white surronding the letters in the IRC address and the forum URL instead of having a white area added into the image under the letters. <--- Hard to explain.

I think we can use this as a credit image and my logo as forum banner.



Kannagi-chan, how is it going with the Mobilize!! Pokémon Ranger credit image, by the way?

Can I jus throw out there that Adobe has Photoshop CS2 available to download for free on their website? So anyone can try a hand at this.

Say wut? That sounds weird and not like Adobe at all. Adobe usually charges hundreds of dollars for all their design products. Are you sure that it's not just a thirty day trial? And anyone can get CS6 quite easily through less legitimate means.

That works, and I guess X means the bubble effect on the text, with the white outline surrounding the black text.

That effect is Stroke. Outer Glow also works, but stroke is easier and looks better,

I am done with the Team Special Scans banners. They have been uploaded to the forum gallery. I have also made a customized version of the banner for this forum skin that I suggest that Dreamingflower replaces the default Poké Ball Conversion banner with.

The banner is up and I have to admit it looks quite nice. I like how the gold colored text is contrasting the red.

I didn't notice those ugly looking pixels in the south east of the Special logo. I have fixed that now.
